I love this!!! It was my last thing to try, before I went to the doctor...I use it every single time I sit down & watch TV...I honestly believe, this has helped me.

I am dealing with one wonky knee. I ordered the Scoop and use it for at least 30 minutes each day. I added little risers to my chair for a better fit for my long legs. I also am riding my exercise bike and using my rower. All totaled, I exercise for at least an hour a day. I hoping for good results!

I had an ankle replacement back in February that I waited 20 years to get. I could barely walk for the past 8. I have been using the Scoop as part of my physical therapy everyday. Not only am I up and finally walking, the Scoop is starting to help with weight loss and getting my legs back in shape and building my leg strength up. I can just sit on my sofa and exercise! It's wonderful and I love it. I would recommend this for everyone.

I certainly have benefited from having discovered and received my Scoop. Using it for its past 2 weeks here leaves me now just 18 days till I have both of my knees replaced. Learning to lift my legs to work it properly has and will so greatly help my knee surgery recovery.. I read someone was back scooping in 3 weeks after sugery. That is inspiration! I need to be back walking as soon as possible. Thank you for the Face Book training classes. I have put a "make shift handle" on mine so I can easier move it to different locations. I am 80 with bad shoulders and can't afford a second one for my back porch to scoop while I enjoy watching the sunset.

Scoops has been such a wonderful edition to my routine. So fun to use and it has made by hips and knees so happy. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing. While I don’t have a medical reason to use the scoop for rehab, it just has improved my balance and strength in just a few short weeks. I try it use it twice a day for 30-45 minutes each time while I watch tv. Love my Scoop

Love the scoop accessory bundle with the non slip Mat and the rubber stretch bands. The mat makes using the scoop even nicer. The bands, make the resistance more of a workout. Highly recommend.

I love it! I had Covid really bad, hospitalized for 23 days. It’s helping my right leg and hip. I had to go to PT and still having some issues. The Scoop helps with the hip pain. I highly recommend it!!

As a former Physical Education teacher I believe the Scoop is a great tool to keep my knees and hip muscles strong and improve my leg circulation. I am already seeing improvement in my balance. It is so easy and helpful to use that I am now using it everyday.

Very easy to use, I like that it’s quite. Lite weight to move only 20 lbs. I can really feel my legs muscles working out!

I think it's a good machine doesn't hurt my back and my knees are my body I don't get exhausted like I would on a treadmill cuz I have lung problems and I have lower back problems so I found that this machine is easy for me to get a good workout all the pain

Take a little getting used to, but working it.. As a Navy Vet, I've had 3 back surgeries, both knees done, feet surgeries, and a total hip replacement. My hips back and legs are the worse. Slowly working it. Thank you for inquiring. Do you have videos on YouTube? If so, l will research and experiment on tv. Thank you again😊

Bought this after PT recommended recumbent exercise bike to strengthen leg muscles due to weak knees and hip flexors. I prefer this over a recumbent stationary bike. While the parts are heavy, assembly was fairly straightforward. Show options…

Hi I have the Therascoop and use it for 25-30 minutes a day! I scoop with the Live FB group. I notice it has helped my knees! Definitely recommend!
Sheila N.
I look forward to using the Scoop in the morning. I sip my coffee and pedal, and it starts my day off really well. It helps my knees feel more stable. Since I have balance problems, it's very very helpful to increase my stability.
Mary F.
In two weeks I’ve worked up to 3,000 revolutions a day. It’s definitely helping my knees.
