I thought I’d never be able to pick my grandson up again… until I found this!

I tried 'Scooping' for 90 days and I'm never going back...

If you have ever felt your hips, knees, and leg muscles losing strength and mobility, then you need to read this story about how I discovered and amazing product called SCOOP. Here's why:

WARNING: If you are losing mobility or experiencing pain in your hips and knees, you are not alone. 'Scooping' may change your life, just like it changed mine.

When I was in my late 50s, my son and his wife had their first child, a little boy they named Adam. I was so excited to become a grandma for the first time, and I wanted to give Adam everything he ever asked for. (That’s what grandmas are for, right? Spoiling their grandkids? That’s the way it works in my family, anyway…)

For the first year and a half of Adam’s life, I had no problems at all. He was a sweet baby, and it felt like he learned something new every single day. It was incredible watching him grow, and just like I promised, I gave him everything: bright, noisy toys, books, soft stuffed animals…

And then one day, when he was almost two years old, he looked at me and asked, “Grandma, up?”

That’s when I had to tell my grandson no for the first time.

Watching Adam grow up was wonderful every single day, but it meant that I was getting older, too. I’ve never considered myself out of shape, but it felt like the older I got, the more the pounds piled on and the weaker I felt overall.

My knees and my back hurt, and my balance wasn’t as good.

Suddenly, I was faced with the truth: I couldn't bend over and pick my grandson up off the floor anymore. I was actually scared I could fall and hurt both of us if I tried.

I know I’m not the only one with a story like this.

And I know I’m not the only one who wanted to do something about it. Let me tell you how “Scooping” changed my life.

The Scoop Lateral Trainer

I knew right away that I didn’t want to join a gym—the thought of being the oldest, slowest person in a room full of fit young people made me shudder. I also didn’t want to put myself at risk of catching Covid-19 by being around so many strangers. I wanted something that I could use from home, but there were so many options. What would be best for me? Was there something out there that could help me strengthen my lower body, letting me start out easy but giving me the ability to progress at my own pace?

I was wondering about this as I browsed Facebook one night, and that’s where I saw it: the Scoop.

I was skeptical at first, because I know that not everything you see on Facebook is as good as they make it sound. The Scoop has lots of 5-star reviews, though, and the more I read, the more convinced I was that the Scoop was the solution I was looking for.

Let me share a few of the reviews that helped convince me...

“I have only been using my Scoop for two days, but it seems to target the muscles that need work (to keep my knees stable). I can't quite Scoop away with out paying attention to keeping my movements smooth, but that will come with practice. Pleased with my Scoop so far.”

“I love the Scoop! It’s easy to handle, and I enjoy the workouts! Really helping me get my strength back in my legs! I am not the type to ever want to exercise, but I have been staying motivated! Thank you for this awesome product! I have been using it for 2 weeks now, and it’s perfect for me!”

-Mary A.

“I love my Scoop. I have been using it for about 2 months. When I started I could barely bend over to put my feet under the straps and was lucky if I could do a 20 minute workout. I am now up to 60 minutes and have no trouble getting my feet in. I know it is helping me lose weight and I feel stronger and more fit. I am so glad I found this lateral machine. I've told all my friends about it.”

These are just a few of the ones that convinced me. It sounded good enough to give the Scoop a try!

Use it while doing other things... without having to wear exercise clothes!

Because I don’t need special workout gear, I can Scoop whenever I have a moment in my day. I have a stack of books that I’m slowly making my way through, but it can be hard to find time to read. Now I can read while I Scoop! I can also catch up on my email or look through Facebook guilt free. I can even chat on the phone or watch TV.

Affordable

I’m on a fixed income, so I really needed to find something affordable. I am counting my pennies, but I knew that staying healthy was worth the cost, and the Scoop was priced so much better than other products I looked at. A stationary bike, which would be much harder on my joints, costs almost $1,000, and other lateral trainers cost a minimum of $2,000!

Changing pedaling direction

The Scoop lets you pedal in two different directions. When my feet are pedaling inwards, I’m focusing on one set of muscles, and when they’re pedaling outwards, I’m focusing on another set. I can switch back and forth so I don’t get bored, and I can strengthen more of my lower body than if I just moved in one direction.

Lateral Training

The thing that makes the Scoop different is the way you move your legs. Instead of a stationary bike’s up and down movement, the Scoop moves you in a sideways figure-8 motion, which works muscles that other machines and daily activities totally ignore. I never knew that one of the reasons for my knee pain was that the muscles that support my knees were weak. But Scoop taught me that when I strengthen those muscles, I actually build stronger knees. Now they don’t hurt. It’s amazing!!

Day 1:

The Scoop arrived very quickly, which made me happy. I was a little worried I wouldn’t be able to put it together on my own, but it took less than 5 minutes! The Scoop looks just like it does on the website. I put it in front of my favorite recliner and sat down.

I’ll admit to you that I was a little nervous about trying it for the first time. What if the Scoop didn’t work for me? What if it was too hard for me to use?

So here’s the truth: it was strange at first, and it didn’t look as smooth as it looked in the ads. I also found that the Scoop would actually push away from me, which was frustrating.

I called customer service and they said that that meant I was pushing too hard, and to concentrate on imagining that I was moving my feet smoothly around a clock face while the clock stayed upright. It sounded strange but I kept at it--and before too long, I found I was able to keep it going smoothly without the Scoop pushing away from me.

Week 1:

By the end of the first week, I started to get into a routine. The How To Guide suggests that you Scoop 3-5 times a week for 20-45 minutes each. I didn’t want to do too much too fast, so I decided to just do it twice this week for 20 minutes each time…

But by the end of the week, I felt ready to do it a third time!

Mainly, I’m excited about how quickly my Scoop fit into my life and not the other way around. To be able to exercise without going anywhere or wearing special clothes--that’s a workout I can stick to.

Month 1:

The motion is so natural to me that I can do lots of things while I Scoop without even thinking about it. I feel stronger and more confident in my daily activities, which is something I didn’t expect.

I used to be really worried about falling and hurting myself. I realized this month that I am less afraid because my balance is actually better. I also can walk down the stairs without my knees screaming at me.

Month 3:

I know it sounds like I’m exaggerating, but my Scoop absolutely changed my life. My joints feel so much more limber, and I can tell that my legs and my bum are more toned. I have less knee pain and my lower back even hurts less.

But best of all, I can play with my grandson as much as I want. I’ve even lost a few pounds! I’m so happy that I ordered my Scoop, and I can’t wait to see how much better I’m doing in another three months!

Final Thoughts

I love how much better I feel since starting to work out with my Scoop!

I was so nervous at first, and it wasn’t quite as easy as it looked, but once I got the hang of it, it fit into my life perfectly.. I couldn’t believe it when I first felt like I was getting stronger, but as I increased my workouts, I was able to do things I thought I’d never be able to do again.

It took a few months of Scooping regularly, but I’m now able to pick Adam up off the floor even though he’s getting bigger!

My Scoop has helped me get stronger, made my joints less sore, and made me feel more like my old self. I feel like it’s also given me some of my old confidence back.

I went from being afraid to try to pick Adam up to being confident about carrying him around… just in time for Adam to announce that he’s going to be a big brother!

I have recommended the Scoop to several friends as well as my sister. Everyone I know who has gotten one has been raving about it when we talk.

My sister says that it’s helped her improve her balance, and one of my friends told me that it’s the only machine she’s been able to use since she got a knee replacement, since it’s so much easier on her joints.

I know the Scoop isn’t a miracle, but sometimes it feels like one!

I can’t recommend the Scoop highly enough. If you’ve never worked out before, it’s such a great way to get started, and if it’s been a while, it’s a good way to get back into it..

I’m thrilled with the changes I’ve seen so far, and I can’t wait to see how much better I’ll feel as I keep using my Scoop!
